Blood Don't Lie Curriculum 

 

 

Danielle Reed is currently filling in for a 3rd grade maternity leave at a local elementary school. She suggests the book for use beginning with very mature 7th grade students through high school. Lacey McLemore has a BA degree in English/Literature from Kennesaw State University. She has taught in a private school for the past 2 years. Michelle Keough is currently student teaching at P.B. Ritch Middle School in Paulding County in order to complete the qualifications for her Master's Degree in Teaching. She has been a substitute teacher, on the Board of Education, a Parent Volunteer, PTA Board Member, as well as coached several sports in the middle grades. Karen Smith has been teaching grades 8-12 for the past 5 years. She has experience teaching Remedial Reading, English Literature, and World Geography. She is certified in Reading and Special Education (and soon to be in English). She also has an edorsement in TESOL. She is currently student teaching in Paulding County as part of her requirements to complete her Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching. Barry Suttle has been substitute teaching at The Walker School for the past 3 years. He also enjoys coaching middle and high school students as well. In the next year, Barry will be student teaching in Paulding County as part of the requirements to obtain his Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching. Kathryn Bailey is currently a 12th grade Literature and Composition teacher at Hampton High School in Hampton, Georgia. She has a B.S. in Secondary English Education and is currently getting her M.Ed. in Secondary English Education. 

Hannah Postema teaches EFL in South Korea and hopes to continue teaching when she returns to the states. Jordan Ramey is a 6th Grade English and Language Arts teacher at Saddle Ridge Elementary and Middle School in Rock Spring, GA. 

Karlie Clifton is an MAT candidate in Kennesaw State University's English program and is currently student teaching at Hiram High School in Paulding County, GA.
